Before You Begin
(1) The target self-built Kingbase version is KingbaseESV7 or V8.
Permission Requirements of Target Server
Migration Mode | Required Permissions |
Full Data Migration | The owner role in database schema. |
Incremental Data Migration | The user is a super user or a replication role. |
Auditing Repair | The owner role in database schema. |
Configuration on Target Server
Data source type: Set this parameter to KingbaseES. The source database can be migrated to the KingbaseES databases within the version range.
Server IP: Specifies the IP address of the target database.
Port number: Specifies the port of the target database.
User name: Specifies a user name used to connect to the target database.
Password: Specifies the password of the user used to connect to the target database.
Database: Specifies the name of the database used by the target server to receive data from the source server.
Schema: Specifies the schema name used by the target server to receive data from the source server.
