Application Scenarios
You can delete backups that are no longer in use based on actual needs to save space and costs.
Note: The backup cannot be retrieved after deletion. Please operate with caution.
Prerequisites
l At least one backup exists.
l The status of the backup is Available or Error.
Procedure
1. Log in to the Console page.
2. Click 
in the upper left corner of the Console and select Region.
3. Click Storage Console > Volume Backup Service to go to the Volume Backup Service page.
4. Select the Backup Copy tab to view the existing backup copies.
5. You can select to delete a single backup or multiple backups in batches.
¡ Single deletion: In the row where the backup copy you want to delete is located, click Delete.
¡ Batch deletion: Check the backup copies to be deleted, click Delete in the upper left corner of the list, and delete them in batches.
6. When a confirmation box for deletion appears, click OK to complete the deletion.
