Viewing the Connection Address

2024-05-24 10:09:39

When using a Redis client to access DCS Redis, you need to enter the connection address (IP) and port (such as 30101). These can be obtained from the instance information page of the Redis console.

Procedure

Please follow the steps below to obtain information on the Redis instance.

1. Log in to the  Redis management console.

2. Select the region of the instance in the upper left corner of the management console.

3. On the instance list page, click the target instance name to go to the management page.

Note: In the instance list, you can view the IDs of all instances in the current region.

4. On the instance information page, check the instance ID in the basic information area, as well as the private network connection address (Host), Internet connection address (Host), and their respective port numbers in the connection information area.

Note: To apply for a Redis Internet connection address, see Binding an EIP.

Then, you can access your Redis instance. For more information, see the description of each connection method in this chapter.
