Scenario

After creating a physical server, you can view the task creation status and physical server usage status in the Status column.

Operation Steps

Log in to the console.
Click at the top of the console, and select a region. In this topic, Hong Kong 2 is selected.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Service List , and go to Computing Physical Server .
Move the mouse pointer to the Status column corresponding to the target physical server to view the creation/running status.

Status	Status Property	Description
Creating	Intermediate status	The status after a physical server instance is created and before the physical server runs. If the physical server stays in this status for a long time, an exception occurs and you must contact the administrator.
Starting	Intermediate status	The intermediate status of a physical server instance between shutdown and running.
Disabling	Intermediate status	The intermediate status of a physical server instance between running and shutdown.
Restarting	Intermediate status	The intermediate status of a physical server instance between running and shutdown.
Resetting Password	Intermediate status	The process when a physical server instance receives a password reset request and the password is being reset.
Re-installing	Intermediate status	The process when a physical server instance receives an OS reinstallation request and the OS is being reinstalled.
Failed to reinstall OS	Stable status	An exception occurs in the process when a physical server instance receives an OS reinstallation request and the OS is being reinstalled, and the reinstallation fails. The instance in this status cannot provide services. Contact the administrator for corrective measures.
Running	Stable status	The status in which a physical server instance is running normally. The instance in this status can provide services.
Shutdown	Stable status	The physical server instance is normally interrupted. The instance in this status cannot provide services.
Fault	Stable status	The physical server instance is abnormal. The instance in this status cannot provide services. Contact the administrator for corrective measures.
Unsubscribing from subscription-based billing	Intermediate status	The intermediate status when you unsubscribe the physical server instance a in yearly/monthly subscription mode in the console. The status of the instance becomes "unsubscribed from subscription-based billing" upon your unsubscription.
Unsubscribed from subscription-based billing	Stable status	The physical server in subscription-based billing mode enters this status after you manually unsubscribe from it.

Note: You cannot perform other actions when the physical server is in the intermediate status.

Viewing Detailed Information

Scenario

After you create a physical server, you can view and manage your physical server in the console. This topic describes how to view detailed information about a physical server, including instance name/server name, image, NIC, local disk, elastic IP, and monitoring metrics.

Operation Steps

Log in to the console.
Click at the top of the console, and select a region. In this topic, Hong Kong 2 is selected.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Service List , and go to Computing Physical Server .
In the row where the target physical server resides, you can view common information about the physical server.
Move the mouse pointer to the Name/Server Name column corresponding to the target physical server, and click the server name to go to the server details page.
You can view the configuration of the physical server, such as CPU, memory, image, and ID, in the upper part of the page. You can also click the NIC , Local Disk , Elastic IP , and Monitoring tabs in the lower part to edit VPC and Elastic IP. In addition, you can view CPU Usage and Memory Usage indicators in a specified period on the Monitoring tab.

Exporting Physical Server List

Scenario

When using a physical server, sometimes you may want to export all the physical server information under the current account to a local computer for recording or further processing.

You can export all physical server information under the current account to a local computer as a CSV file. This file records the ID, private IP address, and elastic IP address of the physical server.

Operation Steps

Log in to the console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Service List , and go to Computing Physical Server .
On the physical server list page, click Export Physical Server List in the upper right corner and click OK . The system will automatically export and download all physical server information in the current region under your account to a local computer.
You can obtain the exported physical server list in the download path on the local computer.
