Create Enterprise Project

The enterprise project management feature allows you to manage cloud resources by enterprise project and by resources and members within each enterprise project.

Operation Steps

1.         Go to My > Personal Center in the upper right corner of the eSurfing Cloud homepage to go to Account Center.

2.         In the left-side navigation pane, click Master and Sub-accounts and Authorization Management to go to Authorization Center.

3.         In the left-side navigation pane, click Enterprise Project to go to the enterprise management page. Click Create Enterprise Project in the upper right corner.

                                               

4.         In the Create Enterprise Project pop-up window, edit Enterprise Project Name and Description and click OK to complete the creation. Example:

Authorize

You can add a user group to the enterprise project and set policies to associate the enterprise project with the user group. You can add a user to the user group to allow the user to have the rights in the user group, thus precisely controlling the projects that the user can access and the resources that they can operate.

Operation Steps

1.         Go to My > Personal Center in the upper right corner of the eSurfing Cloud homepage to go to Account Center.

2.         In the left-side navigation pane, click Master and Sub-accounts and Authorization Management to go to Authorization Center.

3.         In the left-side navigation pane, click User Group to go to the User Group Management page. Click Create User Group in the upper right corner.

4.         In the Create User Group pop-up window, edit User Group Name and Description and click OK to complete the creation. Example:

5.         Go back to Enterprise Project, locate the enterprise project you created, and click View User Group.

6.         In the User Group tab, click Add User Group.

7.         Select and add the user group created in Step 4 and click OK.

8.         You can set a specific policy in Set Policy of the user group.
