Scenario
If the operating system of a physical server fails to start normally and the operating system is infected by virus, or the physical server is running properly, but the system needs to be optimized to work in the optimal state, you can reinstall the OS for the physical server.
Before You Begin
The physical server is shut down.
Operation Steps
1. Log in to the console.
2. Click 
at the top of the console, and select a region. In this topic, Hong Kong 2 is selected.
3. In the left-side navigation pane, click Service List, and go to Computing > Physical Server.
4. Move the mouse pointer to the Operation column corresponding to the target physical server, and go to More > Reinstall OS.
5. On the One-Click Reinstall interface, confirm the OS and the version to reinstall from the dropdown list. The following figure shows the details.
6. After configuring Disk and Password, click OK to reinstall the operating system.
Note:
The password must be 8 to 30 digits long and must contain uppercase and lowercase letters and also one number or special character, except for ^.
7. The status of the target physical server changes to Reinstalling. The system is successfully reinstalled when the status changes to Running.
