Create an eSurfing Cloud account.
Before creating an EVS, read this document carefully to make preparations.
If you already have an eSurfing Cloud real-name account, you can skip this step. If you do not have an eSurfing Cloud account, please create one by referring to the following steps:
Visit https://www.esurfingcloud.com/auth/register and sign up.
Enter your registration information. Enter your email, set the login password, and execute the phone number verification.
Select the agreement to agree and submit the information to complete the registration process.

Topping Up
You must ensure that your real-name account has sufficient balance. For more information on topping up, see Online Recharge.
