Viewing EVS Resource Quota

This topic describes how to view the total quota and usage of each resource.

Scenario

To avoid waste of resources, eSurfing Cloud has set quotas for the use of various resources, including the number of resources created and the capacity of resources used. As a common cloud resource, EVS has certain limitations on its quantity and capacity.

Operation Steps

1. Log in to the console.

2. Click  in the upper left corner of the console and select a region. In this topic, East China 1 is selected.

3. In the upper right corner of the resource page in this region, click the My Quota icon  to go to the Service Quota page.

4. You can view the quotas of each resource on the Service Quota page. If the current quota does not meet your business needs, you can apply for quota increase. For more information, see Applying for Quota Increase for EVS.

Applying for Quota Increase for EVS

This topic describes how to apply for quota increase for EVS when the quota for the VES resource is insufficient.

Scenario

If the current quota does not meet your business needs, you can apply for quota increase.

Operation Steps

1. Log in to the console.

2. Click  in the upper left corner of the console and select a region. In this topic, China (Hong Kong 2) is selected.

3. In the upper right corner of the resource page in this region, click the My Quota icon  to go to the Service Quota page.

4. In the upper right corner of the Service Quota page, click Apply for Quota Expansion. You will be directed to Support Center > New Ticket > Select the Product to Which Your Question Belongs.

5. On this page, you can click the Question button of "Quota" type to go to the Select Question Type page. On this page, you can click the Quota Application button. The AI Customer Service/Create Ticket page is displayed.

6. On this page, you can enter information including ticket title, ticket content, feedback email, and feedback phone number as instructed on the screen, explain your application for "quota increase" in details, and specify the reason for applying for quota increase. Then click Confirm and Submit.

7. After your application is submitted, wait patiently for the reply from eSurfing Cloud customer support.
