Charging Methods
• Prepaid method: You need to log in to the eSurfing Cloud user center to top up your account. Then, the system deducts the amount from your cloud account according to the actual resources purchased.
• Billing period: The monthly billing is based on a natural month. For annual billing, you can enjoy a corresponding discount based on the rules specified on the official website.
Upgrading Rules
If the RDS-PostgreSQL upgrade time is less than one month, the upgraded configuration is billed according to the actual number of days in the current month.
Renewal Rules
The RDS-PostgreSQL database renewal is based on a monthly basis according to the original subscription model.
Unsubscription Rules
• If you unsubscribe from the RDS-PostgreSQL database, the period of less than a full month is billed based on the actual number of days within the current month.
• After you unsubscribe from the RDS-PostgreSQL database, the instance will be frozen within 15 days. If the database is not renewed after the freezing period, the instance will be deleted.
Reminder/Notification Rules
• Expiration notification: Email notifications will be sent seven days and three days prior to the service expiration. Email notifications and SMS reminders one day before expiration and on the date of expiration.
• Overdue notification: Email notifications will be sent when the service is one day overdue. Email notifications and SMS reminders will be sent when the service is three days and seven days overdue.
