Application Scenarios
When the customer connects to an instance from the internal and external network, use the SSL link to encrypt the communication to prevent the instance data from being leaked.
Prerequisites
The current instance status is Running.
Procedure
1. Log in to the eSurfing Cloud Portal.
3. In the upper left corner of the Console, click
and select Region and Project.
4. Select Database > RDS-PostgreSQL, go to the PostgreSQL Console, and select a running RDS-PostgreSQL instance. Click the far right of the corresponding row of the instance in the Instance column, click Manage, and go to the Instance Details page.
5. On the Instance Details page, select the SSL settings bar, click the Enable button on the far right, and select a cloud certificate or a custom certificate to enable SSL.
6. After successful enabling, you can view the enable status of SSL and the validity period of its certificate on the Instance Details page.
