The status of a running data synchronization instance is Running. To change the status to Not started, click Pause Task. You can restart a paused task instance.
Procedure
On the Instance List page in the Data Sync module, click the ID of a Running instance to go to the Instance Management page.
On the Instance Management page, click Pause Task at the bottom.
In the pop-up window, click OK to pause the instance task.
After you submit the task, the instance status changes to Not started on the Instance List page in the Data Sync module.
