Creating a Security Group

Scenario

You can create a security group and define rules in the security group. For example, you can divide your virtual private cloud (VPC) into multiple security domains to increase access security. It is recommended that you assign different Internet access policies to different security groups.

Procedure

1. Log in to the eSurfing Cloud console.

2. On the homepage, select Network > VPC.

3. On the left-side navigation pane, select Access Control > Security Group.

4. On the Security Group page, click Create Security Group.

5. In Create Security Group, configure the parameters as prompted.

6. Click OK.

Creating a VPC

Procedure

1. Log in to the eSurfing Cloud console. On the homepage, select Network > VPC.

2. On the VPCs page, click Create VPC.

3. On the Apply for VPC page, configure the parameters as prompted.

4. Click Create Now.
