The error log information contains "Communications link failure The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server".

Check whether the source or destination database is running normally.
Check whether the network between the source or destination database and the DTS instance is normally connected.
Check whether the IP address of the DTS instance is in the IP address trustlist of the source or destination database for remote access.
After the DTS instance is normally connected to the database, restart the task.
