Three Architectures

2024-08-22 03:04:49

DDS supports three deployment architectures, including stand-alone version (single-node), replica set, and shard cluster specification instances, to meet different business scenarios.

Stand-alone Version (Single-Node)

The stand-alone version (single-node) can provide basic data storage and query functions, is easy to deploy and manage, and does not require complex configuration and settings. It is suitable for small applications and testing environments to quickly build and test applications.

Replica Set

DDS automatically builds a multi-node replica set architecture that allows you to operate Primary and Secondary nodes directly. DDS provides you with advanced features such as high availability and disaster recovery switchover, and is completely transparent to applications during use.

Shard Cluster

The number of Mongos and Shards can be freely combined to form cluster instances that meet business requirements. One-click backup and restoration of cluster instances and multiple monitoring metrics help provide high-performance, easy-to-use shard clusters.
