Expanding Disk Space of Cluster Instances
You can expand the storage space and backup space for sharded cluster instances.
Expanding storage space
Expand the storage space for cluster instances in the following steps:
Go to the DDS Management Console.
Click Instance Management to go to the instance list page.
In the Operation column of the instance for which you want to expand the storage space, click More. The Storage Space Expansion button is displayed.
Click Storage Space Expansion to go to the storage space expansion page.
On the storage space expansion page, select the space to expand as instructed and click Buy Now.
After making payment, wait for several minutes and refresh the detailed information of the instance. You can see that the storage space is expanded.
Expanding backup space
Expand the backup space for cluster instances in the following steps:
Go to the DDS Management Console.
Click Instance Management to go to the instance list page.
In the Operation column of the instance for which you want to expand the storage space, click More. The Backup Space Expansion button is displayed.
Click Backup Space Expansion to go to the backup space expansion page.
On the backup space expansion page, select the space to expand as instructed and click Buy Now.
After making payment, wait for several minutes and refresh the detailed information of the instance. You can see that the backup space is expanded.
Expanding Disk Space of Replica Set Instances
You can expand the storage space and backup space for multi-node replica set instances.
Expanding storage space
Expand the storage space for multi-node replica set instances in the following steps:
Go to the DDS Management Console.
Click Instance Management to go to the instance list page.
In the Operation column of the instance for which you want to expand the storage space, click More. The Storage Space Expansion button is displayed.
Click Storage Space Expansion to go to the storage space expansion page.
On the storage space expansion page, select the space to expand as instructed and click Buy Now.
After making payment, wait for several minutes and refresh the detailed information of the instance. You can see that the storage space is expanded.
Expanding backup space
Expand the backup space for multi-node replica set instances in the following steps:
Go to the DDS Management Console.
Click Instance Management to go to the instance list page.
In the Operation column of the instance for which you want to expand the storage space, click More. The Backup Space Expansion button is displayed.
Click Backup Space Expansion to go to the backup space expansion page.
On the backup space expansion page, select the space to expand as instructed and click Buy Now.
