You can manually restart an instance whose status is running in the DDS in the following steps:
Go to the DDS Management Console.
Click Instance Management to go to the instance list page.
In the instance list, select the instance you want to restart and click Restart in the Operation column to restart the instance.
For a sharded cluster instance, click the instance ID to go to the instance details page. You can also restart Mongos and Shard nodes independently.
