Unsubscription from an instance will result in service interrupt. Please check whether you want to unsubscribe from the instance.

Unsubscribing in Management Console
The user can unsubscribe from an instance in the instance list on the Instance Management page of the DDS management console.
1. Log in to the DDS management console.
2. On the Instance Management page, on the target instance you want to unsubscribe from, click More -> Unsubscribe to go to the unsubscription page.
3. On the unsubscription page, you can check whether your order information is correct.
4. Click the OK button (Confirm button in some cases) to initiate the unsubscription request. The order details page is displayed.
5. On the order details page, wait for a while and click Refresh. The instance is unsubscribed.
Unsubscribing in Billing Center
You can log in to eSurfing Cloud and go to the personalized billing center to unsubscribe from an instance.
1. Log in to the eSurfing Cloud official website.
2. On the eSurfing Cloud official website, click My in the upper right corner and click Billing Center from the drop-down list to go to the personalized billing center.
3. When you are on the DDS console page, click Charges in the upper right corner to go to the personalized billing center.
4. On the Billing Center page, click Order Management - Unsubscription Management in turn to go to the unsubscription management page.
5. On the Unsubscription Management page, check the instance you want to unsubscribe from, and click Unsubscribe on the right side.
6. After you click Unsubscribe, the confirmation dialog box is displayed. Click OK. The unsubscription is complete.
