Qualification conditions	Chinese mainland: 1. The real-name verification is complete for your eSurfing Cloud account. 2. The ICP filing for the domain name is complete and the filling information is valid. 3. A content audit is complete for the website before the domain name is added to eSurfing Cloud CDN. 4. The domain name ownership is verified before the domain name is added to eSurfing Cloud CDN. Global (excluding Chinese mainland): 1. The real-name verification is complete for your eSurfing Cloud account. 2. A content audit is complete for the website before the domain name is added to eSurfing Cloud CDN. 3. The domain name ownership is verified before the domain name is added to eSurfing Cloud CDN. Global: 1. The real-name verification is complete for your eSurfing Cloud account. 2. The ICP filing for the domain name is complete and the filling information is valid. 3. A content audit is complete for the website before the domain name is added to eSurfing Cloud CDN. 4. The domain name ownership is verified before the domain name is added to eSurfing Cloud CDN. Note: 1. Global (excluding Chinese mainland): includes Hong Kong (China), Macao (China), Taiwan (China), and other countries and regions. 2. If the accelerated region provides services for the Chinese mainland, you must apply for ICP filling for the domain name from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of China. Otherwise, eSurfing Cloud CDN cannot accelerate the domain name.
Accelerated domain name	1. Domain name type: Subdomain names (such as abc.example.com) and wildcard domain names (such as.example.com) are supported. 2. Domain name length: The length of a domain name cannot exceed 128 bytes. 3. Supported characters: A common domain name can contain only lowercase letters, digits, and hyphens (-). A wildcard domain name can start with an asterisk (), such as *.example.com.
Service quota	1. URL refresh: 10,000 URLs per day 2. Directory refresh: 1,000 directories per day 3. URL prefetching: 2,000 URLs per day Note: To prevent resource abuse, eSurfing Cloud CDN limits the rated usage of each service resource. If the current quotas cannot meet your business requirements, please contact our customer support team via hotline (852)31000000 or email global.noc@chinatelecomglobal.com .
Content audit	eSurfing Cloud CDN does not support domain names of websites that are against applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to: 1. Websites that contain illicit content, such as content related to pornography, illegal drugs, gambling, or terrorism. 2. Websites that provide unauthorized games, software, or videos. 3. P2P financial websites, unofficial lottery websites, or websites of unlicensed hospitals and pharmaceuticals. 4. Gaming websites running on illegal private servers. Note: If your accelerated domain name points to a website that contains illegal content, you shall bear relevant risks. If an accelerated domain name is found to be in violation of rules, eSurfing Cloud CDN bans the domain name. Domain names that are banned due to violations cannot be unbanned.
User request	1. eSurfing Cloud CDN only supports GET, POST, and HEAD requests and does not support PUT, PUSH, PURGE, or DELETE requests. Only POST requests can contain a request body. Requests sent using other supported methods cannot contain a request body. 2. The length of a single URL or request header cannot exceed 64 KB. Otherwise, the 494 status code is returned. 3. The total length of the URL and all request headers cannot exceed 256 KB. Otherwise, the 414 status code is returned.
Cache key	The length of a cache key cannot exceed 8 KB. Otherwise, the 400 status code is returned.
HTTP response header from an origin server	By default, the total length of the response headers that an origin server returns to a CDN point of presence (POP) cannot exceed 128 KB. Otherwise, eSurfing Cloud CDN returns an error.
File upload	The size of a file to be uploaded cannot exceed 300 MB.
