After enabling image processing, customers can convert the original image to a specified image format by including a format conversion parameter in the request URL.

Note:

Image processing is a paid service. Currently, it is in a public beta phase and there are no charges. The timing for when fees will be introduced will be announced separately.

Parameter Specification

Supported original image formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, BMP, GIF, TIFF, JPEG2000 (JP2); if the format is not within the above range, the original image will be returned.

Parameter Name: format.

Supported Parameter Values:

Supported Conversion Formats	Description
JPEG	Saves the original image in JPG or JPEG format.
PNG	Saves the original image in PNG format.
WEBP	Saves the original image in WEBP format.
BMP	Saves the original image in BMP format.
GIF	Saves the original image in GIF format. Note: GIF is an animated format, if converted from other static formats, only the static image effect will be converted.
TIFF	Saves the original image in TIFF format.
JP2	Saves the original image in JP2 format.
JXR	Saves the original image in JXR format.

Note:

The above parameter values are not case-sensitive.

Parameter Example

http://www.example.com/a.jpg?action=format:bmp, indicating that the original image file a.jpg is to be converted to BMP format.
