By default, the Resource Plans tab displays the packages that are in the In use status. If you want to view other packages, you can filter the target packages from the dropdown list.
You can click Order CDN Package or Order ICDN Package to go to the page for purchase.

Before purchasing traffic packages, make sure that you have enabled pay-as-you-go billing by traffic for the subscribed service.
Traffic packages take effect immediately after your purchase. Traffic packages take precedence over the pay-as-you-go traffic billing method and are first applied to deduct usage. The validity period of all traffic packages is one year.
After you purchase a traffic package, you can request a refund for the traffic package. After a traffic package expires, the remaining quota of the traffic package is automatically cleared and cannot be carried over to other traffic packages.
If you have purchased multiple traffic packages, when the quota of a traffic package is exhausted, the traffic package with the earliest expiration time among the remaining traffic packages is automatically applied. After all quotas of your traffic packages are exhausted or these traffic packages expire, the CDN service is automatically billed based on the pay-by-traffic billing method with the acceleration type unchanged.
