Deduction Time

Packages takes effect once it is purchased.
There will be a delay of about 1 hour for the actual deduction time after the resource package takes effect. For example, you have purchased a 100GB egress traffic package for Chinese mainland acceleration with a validity period of 1 year, and traffic usage starts from 00:00 on December 1, 2023, the traffic usage volume from 00:00 to 00:05 will be deducted from the traffic package at around 01:00, and so on.

Deduciton Order

You can purchase multiple traffic packages. If you purchase multiple CDN traffic packages of the same acceleration type, these traffic packages are applied in order of expiration time. The traffic package with the earliest expiration time is first applied to deduct usage volumes. You cannot extend the validity period by purchasing multiple traffic packages.
Your traffic packages are first applied to deduct usage volumes, taking precedence over the pay-as-you-go billing method. After all quotas of these packages are exhausted, the overages are automatically billed based on the pay-as-you-go billing by traffic method.

CDN traffic packages can be applied to deduct usage only for CDN egress traffic, i.e. CDN traffic packages is not applicable for other usage deduction, such as usage of value-added services.
Before purchasing CDN traffic packages, make sure that you have activated the pay-as-you-go CDN service. In addition, you must select billing by traffic as the billing method for the service. If the service is billed based on the daily peak bandwidth and you want to purchase a CDN traffic package, you must first change the billing method to billing by traffic. Otherwise, the CDN traffic package will be locked immediately after the purchase, and its validity period will not be extended during the locked period.
Before purchasing Static HTTPS request package, make sure that you have enabled pay-as-you-go CDN service.
A CDN traffic package can be applied only in the region specified when you purchase the package. CDN traffic packages for Chinese mainland and Global (excluding Chinese mainland) are region-specific.
