eSurfing Cloud CDN allows you to unsubscribe from resource packages in compliance with eSurfing Cloud unsubscription rules. eSurfing Cloud CDN offers a seven-day money-back guarantee for traffic packages that have not been used within seven days of purchase (each account is entitled to unconditionally unsubscribe from three traffic packages with a full refund). If the quota of a traffic package is exhausted or the traffic package expires, you cannot unsubscribe from the traffic package. If you have used the CDN traffic package within the seven-day period, you can unsubscribe from the traffic package based on the non-seven-day money-back policy described in the following table.

The traffic package has not been used for more than seven days but less than a year after your purchase, or its utilization is less than 30%.	You can unsubscribe from the traffic package based on the non-seven-day money-back policy.	The refund amount for a prepaid service is calculated based on the following formula: Refund amount = Actual paid amount - Consumed amount - Unsubscription fee. Vouchers and coupons cannot be refunded. The consumed amount is calculated based on the following formula: Consumed amount = Daily price × Actual number of usage days.
The traffic package has not been used within seven days of your purchase but used within a year, and its utilization is at least 30%.	You can unsubscribe from the traffic package based on the non-seven-day money-back policy.	The refund amount for a prepaid service is calculated based on the following formula: Refund amount = Actual paid amount - Consumed amount - Unsubscription fee. Vouchers and coupons cannot be refunded. Consumed amount = Total sales amount (the amount that you paid by cash) × Usage/Quota

Additional Considerations

The unsubscription fee for a one-year prepaid service is calculated based on the following formula: Unsubscription fee = Actual paid amount × 5%.
Daily price = Total sales amount (the amount that you paid by cash)/Total subscription period; Total subscription period = Order end date - Order start date; Actual number of usage days = Order creation date - Order start date + 1.
If the refund amount calculated for your prepaid service is less than or equal to 0, no refund is issued.
