You can download files stored in ZOS to your local devices.

Downloading Files from Standard Storage and Infrequent Access Storage

On the homepage of the official eSurfing Cloud website, click Console , and enter your username and password to log in to the console.
In the upper part of the console, click and select a region. In this example, Asia Pacific-China (Hong Kong 2) is selected.
Choose Storage > Zettabyte Object Storage .
Click the bucket name to open the overview page.
Click the File Management tab, select the files that you want to download, and then click the Download button.
Click OK to complete the file download.

Downloading Files from Archive Storage

• To download files from Archive storage, you must first unfreeze the files.

• The duration for which a file remains unfrozen spans from 1 to 31 days.

On the homepage of the official eSurfing Cloud website, click Console , and enter your username and password to log in to the console.
In the upper part of the console, click and select a region. In this example, Asia Pacific-China (Hong Kong 2) is selected.
Choose Storage > Zettabyte Object Storage .
Click the bucket name to open the overview page.
Click the File Management tab, select the files that you want to download, and then click More in the Operation column.
Choose Unfreeze from the dropdown list.
In the dialog box displayed, set the duration for which the files remain unfrozen, and then click OK.
After the files are unfrozen, click Download to download the files.
