Clearing Debris

2024-09-25 03:01:26

Scenario

When uploading files in segments to ZOS, fragments may be generated due to upload failures in the following scenarios:

• Network issues: The network is unstable or disconnected during the upload.

• Upload task suspension: The upload task is manually paused.

• Device faults: Device faults, such as storage media damage or read/write errors, occur during uploading.

• Emergencies: Emergencies, such as unexpected power cuts or system breakdowns, can result in upload interruptions or failures.

Fragments generated due to upload failures are stored in ZOS, enabling you to resume uploads later. If you do not need these fragments, manually delete them.

Note:

Fragments occupy storage space and incur charges based on the billing items for storage capacity fees.
