Notes
· Expired resources cannot have auto-renewal set or modified.
· Auto-renewal is available only for paid users.
· Up to 20 resource instances can be batch-renewed at once.
· As long as auto-renewal is enabled, the system will continue to renew the resource automatically based on the set period, provided the prepaid account balance is sufficient or if you are a postpaid user.
Renewals will be charged at the standard rate, but discounts are available for renewals for 1 year or more.
· For promotional products (e.g., 0 yuan, flash sales), the renewal will revert to the standard price upon auto-renewal.
· Prepaid users can only pay with account balances, not vouchers. Ensure sufficient balance for renewal.
· Payment Method & Timing: Auto-renewal orders will be placed and charged 10 or 7 days before resource expiration.
Once billed, auto-renewal cannot be canceled. If there are any issues, customers can request unsubscription, following standard cancellation rules, and auto-renewal will be disabled for the resource.
