• Before requesting a refund, ensure you understand the refund rules Description of Unsubscribing Rules (no link is provided on the International site).
• Pay-as-you-go payments are non-refundable. If you no longer use ZOS, you may clear all data to stop further charges.
• Unsubscribing from a package does not affect stored data. After unsubscription, if no packages remain, billing automatically switches to pay-as-you-go.
• WAN Outflow Traffic package and request count resource packages cannot be unsubscribed during the subscription month.
1. On the eSurfing Cloud portal homepage, click Sign in and enter your username and password.
2. Click Me > Product View in the upper right corner. Then, click the left Product Center > Unsubscription Management. Select the resource package to be unsubscribed and click Unsubscribe.
3. Select reason, confirm refund amount, and click Unsubscribe. Refund will be returned to the original payment.

2. In the ZOS console, click Resource Package Management in the upper right corner.
3. On the Resource Package Management page, select the resource package to be unsubscribed and click Unsubscribe in the Operation column.
