How many private images can be created with one account?

At present, you can create up to 10 private images in a region by default. If you need to create more private images, you can apply to expand the quota limit by submitting a ticket.

What is the password for the Elastic Cloud Server created by Windows private image?

It can be set when creating a cloud server through the private image, or it can be set in resetting the password after creation.

Can the cloud server created using private image have different hardware specifications than the cloud server that generates the image?

To create a cloud server using the private image, the system disk size cannot be specified arbitrarily and must be the same as the system disk size of the image. You can modify the CPU, memory, bandwidth, and data disk as needed.
