After the payment is successful, it may take some time to generate the order. After the order is completed, you can see the ECSs being created. If you still don't view them in the cloud server list after waiting for a period of time, first go to eSurfing Cloud Official Website > My > Billing Center > Order Management > My Orders to check whether the order has been generated.

If the cloud server fails to be activated after you have paid the order, the system will automatically cancel the order, and the order status of the cloud server will change to Canceling. After the order has been canceled, the order status will change to Canceled, and the order fee will be refunded to your account.
