How to register an eSurfing Cloud account?
1. Log in to the eSurfing Cloud official website, www.ctyun.cn, and click Register in the upper right corner.
2. Fill in the registration information. Then, fill in your email address, set the login password, and complete the verification on your mobile phone.
· The registered email address cannot be changed, please make sure it is accurate.
· A maximum of 5 eSurfing Cloud accounts can be registered with one mobile phone number. If exceeds the limit, it is no longer supported to register new eSurfing Cloud account.
3. Check the agreement and click Agree and Submit to complete the account registration.
Can I transfer the cloud server under one account to another?
Currently, you cannot transfer account resources.
What should I do if I forget my eSurfing Cloud account password?
If you forget your password, click Forgot Password on the login page to reset your password.
1. Enter eSurfing Cloud website, click Login in the upper right corner, and click Forgot Password in the lower right corner on the login page.
2. Fill in the account you need to retrieve and verify it.
· Fill in the email address, and the verification code will be sent via email.
· Fill in the mobile phone number, and the verification code will be sent via mobile phone.
Note: The email address can receive the verification code only after the email address is verified in the Management Center - Basic Information.
3. After successful verification, set a new login password.
How many eSurfing Cloud accounts can I register with one mobile phone number?
A mobile phone number can be register with up to 5 eSurfing Cloud accounts. If your mobile phone number has reached this upper limit, no more new eSurfing Cloud accounts can be registered.
How many cloud accounts can I authenticate with one ID?
The ID number of the same certificate, which refers to the same ID card or enterprise business license, can be used to authenticate up to 8 eSurfing Cloud accounts (including personal accounts and enterprise accounts).
What if I can't receive the verification message?
Several situations in which the mobile phone can't receive SMS verification code:
· Mobile phone is loaded with blocking software.
· Mobile phone is turned off, no signal, overdue or out of service.
· Mobile phone cannot receive SP messages on the first day of recharging and resuming after being out of service in arrears.
· The user sets up a blocklist on the operator's side.
· Mobile phone is unable to receive text messages longer than 70 words.
· Mobile phone is used outside the country or overseas mobile phone is used.
· Mobile phone SMS storage is full.
· Mobile phone network and operator failures occurred in some regions.
Why can't I see the Elastic Cloud Server being created immediately after the payment is successful?

How to modify the password of Linux Elastic Cloud Server?
Use reset password or follow the steps below to reinstall.
1. Based on the existing key file, log in to the Linux Elastic Cloud Server as root user using a key.
2. Execute the following command to reset the root user password.
passwd
If you are resetting another user's password, replace passwd with passwd username.
3. Enter the new password according to the following echo message displayed on the system.
New password:
Retype new password:
4. When the system displays the following echo message, the password reset is successful.
