Check the Failure Status

Scenario

During system processing, if an exception occurs that causes the task processing to fail, relevant information will be recorded in the Failure Message column, including the name and status of the task. This section describes how to view these Failure Messages.

Procedure

1. Log in to the console.

2. Click at the top of Control Center and select Region.

3. Click Product and Service List in the left navigation bar and select Computing > Elastic Cloud Server.

4. The Failure Message is located to the right of the common actions Startup/Shutdown/Reset Password/More.

5. Click the number displayed in the Failure Message column to view the details of the tasks that the system has failed to process.

6. If the Failed Task button is not displayed on the control center, it means that the following tasks were successfully executed:

1. Change Specification

2. Enable auto-recovery when creating Elastic Cloud Server
