Scenario

The replication function allows you to use existing security group rules to quickly generate a new security group rule. When replicating, you can customize and modify the target rules according to your business needs.

Before You Begin

· The creation of security groups and security group rules has been completed.

Procedure

Log in to the console.

Click  in the upper left corner of the Control Center page to select a region, here we select East China - East China 1.

Select Network, click VPC; go to the Network Console page.

In the left navigation bar, select the Access Control-Security Group option.

On the Security Group list page, select the security group for which you want to copy rules, and click the name of the security group to go to the details page.

On the Security Group details page, select the direction of the security group rule and find the row where the security group rule is located.

Click Copy in the Action column to enter the Copy Security Group Rules page.

Modify the corresponding parameters of the target security group rules according to business requirements.

Click OK to quickly create a security group rule. For details about how to set parameters in a security group rule, see Adding Security Group Rules.
