What are the restrictions on unsubscribing from cloud server?
If you want to unsubscribe from the cloud server, you need to meet the 7-day full refund conditions of eSurfing Cloud.
· You cannot unsubscribe from the servers that have been subscribed for more than 7 days, or that have been upgraded or renewed within 7 days of subscription.
· Since unsubscription will lead to resource recovery and cleanup, the data on the cloud server will not be recovered, so please back up your data before unsubscribing.
· Pay-as-you-go mode does not support unsubscription.
How do I unsubscribe from the Elastic Cloud Server with Yearly/Monthly Subscription?
Log in to the eSurfing Cloud console, select the cloud server that needs to be unsubscribed, select More - Unsubscribe, click Confirm on the page, the unsubscription order will be submitted and a prompt message pops up. You can see the unsubscription order on the Order Management page in the User Center and the order status is Pending Review.
Upon approval, eSurfing Cloud will recover the resources and return the amount paid in cash. At this time, the order status will change to Ticket Completed, and the server will not be visible in the cloud server list.
How do I get the refund after unsubscribing from an Elastic Cloud Server?
The system prompts that the unsubscribe application is submitted and reviewed within 3 working days. The review result will be notified via SMS. After the unsubscription is successful, the cash payment will be returned to your cash account in real time, and the voucher payment will not be refunded.
What is deleting cloud server?
Deleting a cloud server means deleting the resources of a cloud server and the data on the cloud server, and billing is stopped for the cloud server and its associated resources.
If your cloud server is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis, you can see the Delete button.
After an cloud server is deleted, the system disk data is deleted and cannot be retrieved.
To delete a cloud server, perform the following steps:
1. Log in to the cloud server console.
2. Select a pay-as-you-go cloud server, and click More in the Operation column.
3. Click Delete, and then click OK.

Subscription-based cloud servers cannot be deleted directly. Please click More in the Operation column, and then click Unsubscribe.
What do I need to know about applying for an invoice?
· The amount that can be invoiced is not related to the order and should not exceed the total amount that can be invoiced. For eSurfing Cloud products purchased via vouchers, this part will not be invoiced. Invoices can be issued within 3 months from the 7th day after successful payment of the order. Expired will not be issued.
· If the amount of cash spent on eSurfing Cloud website is not less than RMB 29, you can apply for invoicing.

If an expired resource is renewed, how is the renewal cycle calculated?
If a resource enters the grace or retention period for renewal, the renewal cycle of all resources starts at the expiration time of the original resource (excluding grace period and retention period). For example, User A subscribes to monthly cloud server for 1 month on April 1, 2020, and the resource expires on April 30, 2020; User A renews the subscription for 1 month on May 10, 2020, and the new resource expires on May 30. Since the resource subscribed by the user is frozen in arrears from May 1st to 9th, and the user's business and data are retained in the cloud server, the above-mentioned arrears period will be deducted after renewal, so it is recommended that you renew the subscription in time before the resource expires and freezes.
