Introduction to Quota

Quota is a kind of management and allocation of limited resources, with which eSurfing Cloud controls the number of resources you can use.

How do I view the quota of Elastic Cloud Server

Enter the Elastic Cloud Server page, where your basic quota information is displayed at the top of the page. If you need to learn more about the quota, you can click Learn about Quota

On the Quota details page, you can read the quota information of the server and other products, as shown in the figure:

How do I increase the quota

The quota is only to prevent resource abuse. If necessary, you can submit a ticket to apply for quota expansion.

Click the user avatar - Submit a Ticket to enter the ticket management page:

Click Raise Question in the Quota section:

Click the Quota Application button to enter the Create Ticket page:

Enter the title of your work ticket "xx Quota Application", briefly describe the reason for your application, application resource pool, contact information, etc. and submit:

After submission, customer service will contact you soon to confirm the information and help you apply for the quota.
