Introduction to Cloud Eye Agent
By installing the Cloud Eye Agent on the server, you can monitor the system and process of the server.
System Requirements
Currently, only Linux OS and Windows OS are supported. The supported systems are as follows:

Linux | The public Linux images provided by eSurfing Cloud are all supported |
Windows | The public Wndows images provided by eSurfing Cloud are all supported |
In some regions, for servers that use standard public images, you can click One-click Upgrade in the server monitoring details to install new monitor with one click.
Installation Location
The installation location of the Cloud Eye Agent on the cloud server is as follows:
· Linux: /usr/bin/telegraf
· Windows: C:\Program Files\ctyuntelegraf\telegraf
Port Description
The Cloud Eye Agent accesses ports 10063 and 10064 of the remote server via TCP protocol for heartbeat detection and monitoring data reporting, as well as for viewing configurations and changing log levels.
